The fault was explained clearly to me and the work done in very good time. The cost as compared to a main dealer is fantastic. Well worth the trip from Worcester and I shall make the trip whenever my car needs work done. 24/08/10

At last I've found a garage that offers amazing personal customer service, coupled with specialist Mercedes knowledge and facilities. All this at a labour rate of less than half the Mercedes Main dealer prices. They only replace parts that actually need replacing. I have complete confidence that my car is kept in tip-top condition in the most economical way. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone, it's a rare find these days. 23/07/09
