I had my car booked in for a 'once over' and fuel filter changed. Both rear bushes were worn and needed replacing, garage did this quickly and gave choice of Jag parts or cheaper parts but advised that the cheaper parts can be false economy as not last as long or as good so used Jag parts, all done and dusted for less than two hours labour. Excellent work, nothing else wrong with the car. Yet again, great honest service, I'm sure other garages would have used the cheaper parts and charged full price. Always go to J-Cat for advice / problems, best place in Norfolk by far! Kind regards. 16/07/10

Only having owned my X-Type for four months I was worried when my warning light came on. After having no luck finding a Jaguar specialist garage where I live, I found J-Cat in Norwich. Whilst holidaying in North Norfolk, my Jaguar XJA developed an awful grinding from the rear axle. J-CAT lent me a car and replaced a bearing in the rear axle. My XJ6 had a large knocking noise from the engine. My local garage said that a "big end" had failed and that I would need a replacement engine. I took it to J-Cat who advised me not to drive it. On investigation they found that the crankshaft pulley bolt was missing. This was replaced and she purrs again. The bill was so reasonable too- well done J-Cat! 06/05/09

My engine malfunction light came on and I assumed the worst! I called them up and they fitted me in that lunch time. Quick diagnostic said all sorts of errors, opened the bonnet and under the engine bay an air hose had broken, it was replaced and all sorted! I am sure many other garages would have charged a fortune and replaced all sorts of parts which were not needed. As usual another great job, at a good price, superb. 09/03/09
