After having the recovery company out to my car over the bank holiday weekend, they recommended Thorpe End Garage to me. Having read the experiences of other customers on here I was keen to try Thorpe End out. No exaggeration, it is the best garage I've used ever, having tried many in Norwich, Birmingham, Gloucester and Manchester over the years. From the moment I phoned I was reassured but never patronised, every check was explained to me in detail and they talked me through options. When I asked whether it was worth replacing an additional part I was told not to spend my money until necessary, so definitely none of the extras some garages fleece you for. The staff at Thorpe End garage turned a trauma into a almost enjoyable experience and even helped me out finding the bus stop to get to and from the city!
