A very fair MOT on my rather elderly second vehicle and I was certain that the garage was not just looking for work. The two failure points and an advisory were not unexpected and a fair appraisal of the work needed was given. Very prompt arrangements were made for repairs and re-test. Garry had his team swarming all over my car to finish the job on time and save me any inconvenience, once again showing the good team spirit at this garage. At this garage you will get an honest appraisal of the problem with your vehicle and sound advice about the work that is needed. Garry has clearly cultivated a great team spirit amongst his top quality crew. On this occasion I felt satisfied that while the work needed was extensive, I could rest assured that my suspension problems were at an end and I could look forward to years of trouble-free motoring. A fast, friendly and high quality service. Every effort was made to avoid some follow up work to finish the job (seized up track rod adjusters), and while in the end some further work was needed, I could rest assured that Garry had done his best to keep the cost done, and again I could have confidence that the car was well set for years more service. The follow up free tracking check was performed immediately and thoroughly. 18/01/12
