I own a number of classic cars and I am very picky about who gets to work on them. For a number of years I have gone unsatisfied from one garage to the next, for example watching how they thrashed one of the cars to within an inch of its life in an MOT test. Then I discovered Leka. Here was a company which used traditional mechanic skills blended with the most modern of high technology equipment. Now I know that my cars are getting the servicing, MOT, repair and restoration work they deserve. The current project, a 1979 Mercedes Benz SL350 is nearing the end of a substantial restoration and boy does she look and go well! The oldest car I have brought here: a 1923 Hupmobile, the most modern: a 2010 Nissan GT-R, the heaviest, a 1943 World War II troop truck, the ubiquitous Deuce and a half, and yes even that one went on the ramp! Very bluntly, I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else, moreover having access to Leka inspires me to add increasingly rare and exotic cars to the collection with the knowledge that they will be in good hands when they face the inevitable trip to the garage. 22/03/12
