Well, I finally took the leap of faith and abandoned the main dealer that I had been using for over 10 years and after searching for an independent garage, which I could trust and which was friendly, efficient and could offer high quality standards and advice, it looks like my search is over. In addition to this it is the little extras that make so much difference, such as being offered a lift from home to collect my car without me even having to ask if this was available and although the car was clean it was still washed again for me.
