I wasn't having any luck getting my BMW fixed by my local specialist. While I was sitting in their reception, I heard a conversation about Continental Cars who are Mercedes Benz specialist, but are also pretty good on BMW. However, they don't advertise as they are to busy with Mercedes. I looked online and got their number and it was half a mile from where I was, so when I was told it couldn't be fixed yet again I called them. I spoke to Brigit, who was a real breath of fresh air. She really knew her stuff and she was brilliant. She asked one of the technicians to listen to my problem and he had worked out what the issue was there and then. As I said previously, they are a very busy garage and they couldn't look at my car for a week. I dropped the car off for the repair and I got a phone call an hour later with a cost and time to collect, which was great. When I collected the car, it was finally fixed and the cost was what I had been quoted (no nasty surprises that I had been used to). The fault was explained in simple, understandable English and I was even drawn a picture, which was amazing (I have never had that before). I have three BMW cars and I will take them to Continental Cars. I can't say enough about them. Knowledgeable and quick diagnosis. Efficient, very courteous and honest staff. They put the customer first. A proper, good garage who I will be using from now on. I may even buy a Mercedes! 20/10/11

My garage couldn't fix my car and sent me to Continental Cars. The service is brilliant, they worked very hard for me as I was going on holiday the next week and needed the car reliable. Since then it has done 2500 miles and hasn't messed about. Brilliant garage. 12/08/11

I had a fault with my Mercedes. I took it everywhere, including the dealer. I was told about Continental Cars UK Ltd and booked my car in. I was told it would need a fault code test and a couple of hours investigation. I went to collect the car expecting them to say they couldn't fix it and instead was told the car was fixed and that call of my problems were due to a corroded connector. 05/06/11
