A friendly and personal service - the main reason why I returned. 20/12/11

I called Broadbridge Heath Garage, as I had concerns about my car's performance, and I had an appointment today to have it checked. I was greeted with the usual cheeriness from James, the mechanic. Before the car was to be diagnosed, James took it out for a spin to determine if there was an evident fault. It turned out the car was fine and did not need to be repaired. James kindly advised me on the correct driving of the car and advised me on the fuel consumption. Once again I left the garage as a "satisfied customer" - even better, I was not even charged for James' valuable time. I recommend this garage to everyone and personally I will be going back again and again as long as I have a car. Thank you all at Broadbridge Heath for your excellent professional service. There was slight confusion over the cost and what was included in the minor service, but this was fully clarified with the owner, before I booked the car in. Both, oil and water levels were topped up above the marks, which can cause problems in some engines. Other than those minor gripes, I am very impressed with the service I received and in particular I am impressed with the enthusiasm and friendliness of the owner, James. I was also pleased that they were willing to check a few things for me, at no extra cost. These guys seem to be more interested in building regular, repeat business, rather than making a quick buck. 17/10/11

New to the area, found Broadbridge Heath Garage using the Good Garage Scheme website. Booked the car in the day before for annual MOT. Staff were very polite and helpful, offered a hot drink on arrival which was duly accepted. MOT took less than an hour and the assessment was as I expected. Very good service, difficult to find a good garage where you can be sure of quality service and helpful staff. Highly recommended. 07/05/11

I booked my MOT at the last minute on a Saturday afternoon, having tried more then twenty other garages in the local area. I was very impressed that they could fit me in at short notice. The staff at the garage were very helpful and friendly. The car passed with flying colours and it only took 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone. 05/06/10
