Initially, I had a persistent and frustrating issue with partial and sometimes total loss of power, which research suggested was attributable to many possibilities (cam sensor, crankshaft sensor, faulty jets, fuel system etc., etc.). I'd endured some scary experiences as a result. However, having looked at many reviews, I decided that J-Cat were a good choice and so that proved, especially as they are Jaguar specialists and use Jaguar diagnostics equipment. These guys were professional, courteous and helpful throughout and despite the frustration my issue must have caused them, they got to the bottom of it and the car runs sweetly now. It turned out to be a faulty fuel pump, but the problem was exacerbated by my neglect, as the car had missed several services. Suffice to say the whole fuel and air system was choked, much to my deserved embarrassment. On their recommendation, I then opted for a major service and the car has been great since. I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. They are thorough and consummate professionals, who know their Jaguars inside out! Thanks guys! 08/07/11

Had a knocking noise from the front and after a thorough inspection it turned out it was the front shocks. They were original and 10 years old, so they had done well! J-cat gave me an excellent quote, as usual great prices for parts and labour, they are not greedy. I picked car up and noticed instantly smoother and better to drive, great result. 11/08/11

I noticed a small patch of oil unde my engine so I took my car to J-Cat at 9AM. Despite them being so busy, they looked at right away. It was a loose and dodgy oil filter (it had not been fitted by J-Cat) so they replaced it with a Jaguar oil filter and topped my oil up. All was done in less than 30mins and I was very pleased. Bargain price also. Excellent service. 15/07/11
