J-CAT in Norwich is one of the best garages I have ever used. 04/07/11

I used Mark and Kevan (of JCat) when they were employed by a private company; and then for the last 6 years since they formed JCat. They only replace or repair what is really necessary. I am very satisfied. 30/06/11

A friend recommended J-Cat. A loan car was offered and much appreciated. I spent the morning at Norwich museum, somewhere I always wanted to visit and the full service for my car was worth the 90 mile round trip. I would use J-Cat again. 13/06/11

My car failed an MOT test on a Saturday due to corroded brake pipes on the rear. I called J-Cat and left a voice message on that evening. Monday they called me and they sorted it out on that afternoon. The quote was 50% cheaper than anywhere else. These guys really know their stuff and saved me hours of labour of looking around like other garages would have done. Brake pipes were replaced with copper and my car passed its MOT the next day. Once again, this was a superb and trustworthy service, cheaper than any other garages would have offered. I also got a courtesy car which was good. I will always use J-Cat as I trust them 100%. I cannot even order parts for my car as cheap as they get them! Top quality, anyone with a Jaguar should go here. 06/06/11

I developed an engine warning light error so took straight to J-Cat. I didn't pre-book and despite it being just after the bank holiday and J-Cat being very busy, they offered to take a look. They plugged in the equipment and found out it was a faulty oxygen sensor. They had the part available, offered me a loan car (a nice S-type!) and repaired my car within 2 hours. Excellent service as usual and very pleased, only an hour labour too. As usual above and beyond service from J-Cat. I will always use them for my Jaguar. Cheers Matt. 03/05/11
