From the moment I dropped the car off for the MOT (failed) and then the repairs carried out to pass it, I was kept informed of costs involved and price of parts etc. The car was finished on time and now drives like a dream. I recently made an enquiry regarding a valet for my Audi TT, which I am in the process of selling, the lady was very helpful. The customer service was the best I have experienced in a very long time. The vehicle was collected from my house and returned at the times allocated and I was contacted frequently to update me on how things were progressing. My car was returned in a faultless condition. Absolutely first class job! Matthew (I think that's his name) was extremely polite, very helpful and offered a few tips around the process of selling my vehicle. I will not hesitate to use their services in the future and will be only too happy to recommend them to my friends and family. This service takes all the hassle out of the normal process.
