I took my 3.2 V6 Vectra tp this garage after another garage had mucked up the timing after changing the cambelt. Darren was extremely informative and helpful. He diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly and provided me with full details on the problem and repair. I very much doubt my car will ever go to another garage in the future. I can not recommend DCS strongly enough, a garage this good is hard to find. 27/07/10
If there is a rule that mechanics aren't honest, tend to rip people off and have no manners, this mechanic proves the exception. Very professional, kind and patient, willing to explain every issue in detail. Highly recommended to anyone fed up with 'normal' mechanics. 26/07/10
I own a BMW 3 series and in the past I have always used a main dealer for servicing. Things are tight at the moment and the dealership wanted almost 50% more than DCS for undertaking the same work plus over £100 an hour for labour to diagnose and fix anything beyond the normal service schedule. I had a long conversation with Darren about the problems I was having before even booking it in with him, received excellent service and the car is good as new. Totalled up I'm sure he was over 60% than my usual main dealer and I walked away with more confidence my car was going to keep working in future. I would not hesitate to recommend DCS to other people, whatever you drive be it a Volkswagen Polo all the way through to a Porsche 911. Top quality garage. 12/07/10
I had a fault ABS light on for a while, apart from the main dealer, DCS garage is the only one who can diagnose and repair this fault on my Honda Civic in Bristol that I can find. As a full time worker, you don't normally find a garage who can repair your car after your whole day's work. I am very happy to watch someone repairing my car and teaching me about my car at the same time. I delivered my car to Darren at 7.00pm, after he is finished all his work with other customers, he then started to repair my car. Darren is very knowledgeable and helpful, and I shall say, patient to answer all sorts of my questions. He diagnosed and repaired my car, and tested it at 8.30pm. I am very pleased with his service and his help to repair my car at such a late time so that I don't have to delay my MOT test and all other things. I will definitely recommend DCS to anyone who wish to receive a professional and convenient car services at his own time. 14/07/10
